Meet Our Staff
Karalee Austin (President/CEO)
 No Waiting Dating, Inc. was founded by Karalee Austin in 2004. Ms. Austin was a film, TV and theatre actor for 12 years, but put that passion on hold to pursue No Waiting Dating.
She owned and operated Condron Executive Services, a successful secretarial company that for eight years catered to the specialized needs of attorneys and physicians in San Diego and Coronado, where the headquarters of the company was located.
She also served as an executive assistant in the Los Angeles corporate headquarters for the House of Blues.
Ms. Austin flew with Continental Airlines and was based in Los Angeles. While working as an airline hostess, she was contracted to serve as the company model/spokesperson appearing in newspaper ads, annual reports and on promotional brochures.
Rounding out her experience, Ms. Austin worked as an on-air personality at many radio stations over a 14 year span, as well as a TV anchor/host. She was the first woman broadcaster in the State of Alaska and was often referred to as the ''First Lady of Rock and Roll.'' She landed prime-time slots at a time when women were struggling to break into radio, and consequently received many offers from prestigious radio stations anxious to add a highly acclaimed female to their staff.
Ms. Austin has been featured on EXTRA TV representing No Waiting Dating as one of Los Angeles top matchmakers on ''Americas Most Eligible,'' NBC TVs EXTRA ''Dating in L.A.,'' Time Warner Cable Channel #34 ''Mind Over Matter,'' Fox TV ''Tyra Banks'' and is currently working with a reality TV Show named ''Another Chance at Romance.'' Ms. Austin is also currently the host of No Waiting Dating''s TV show, ''Attraction'' airing monthly on Time Warner Cable Channel #34 and #25 serving the Valley.
Ms. Austin is a public speaker and has spoken as a dating expert at the Stephen S. Wise Temple, Conversations at Leon''s, Calabasas Inn & Suites, Sportsmens Lodge, various womens groups and private parties. She has also appeared as a guest on KNX 107 Jeff Levy Talk Show, 1590 AM Maria Sanchez Radio Show and Carol Allen Internet Radio Show. No Waiting Dating has been featured on the KRLA Radio Morning Show as well as in many newspaper and magazine articles. |

 Jerry Day is the accomplished photographer to attend many of No Waiting Dating events.

Sharon Bosco (Custom Matchmaker and Special Events Hostess)
 We are delighted to have Sharon working with No Waiting Dating.
Sharon is an entrepreneur and has owned a medical transcription business for twenty five years. Before that, she was a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and a back office coordinator.
She assists in hosting No Waiting Dating speed dating events and socials.

Kelley Caroll (Special Events Host)
 Kelley has been working with No Waiting Dating since it began and we are fortunate to have her with us. She is the one who most of you have or will meet at the door as you attend a dance or other social event.

Randi Seigel (Dating and Relationship Life Coach)
 Randi received her degree in Sociology from Rutgers University and is a member of the professional organization, International Coaches Federation. Lindsay Foster (Photographer)
 Lindsay is a student at California Institute of the Arts and works occasionally with No Waiting Dating taking photographs and interviewing participants.
Lindsay is majoring in photography and writing a thesis on ''relationships.''
We are delighted to have Lindsay working with us. Her pictures are of the ''artsy'' type and it is highly recommended that when you attend a No Waiting Dating that you get your photo taken by this accomplished photographer.

Jami Taguchi (Special Events Host)
 Jami works for No Waiting Dating at selected speed dating events and dances.

John Benson (DJ ''JB'')
 DJ ''J.B.,'' as he is known to everybody is really John Benson, owner of AAA SOUND EVENTS in Westlake Village.
He has been a musician since the age of 11, when he started playing the guitar. From there he went on to learn and play many other instruments such as piano, bass and drums.
Throughout his school career he played in many bands ranging from Hard Rock, Disco, & Top 40 and always keeping it fun for everybody. After awhile he found himself going behind the board to direct a lot of bands and helping them in live arenas. John is now going on his 20th year as a Sound Engineer for bands.
During his events he found there was no music being played and that the bands took ''a long break,'' so he began to DJ. This has turned out to be a great niche in his industry. His music library is extensive and ever growing to feed the need of his client base.
J.B. has entertained clients such as PEPSI, R.S.I., YAHOO, just to name a few. He enjoys getting people to dance like they have never danced before by playing the best music from 70s/80s, Oldies/Classics, TOP 40 and more!! Come see for yourself and have a great time doing it!
