No Waiting Dating, Inc. was started in 2004 by Karalee Austin, a dynamic entrepreneur who realized there was a need for speed dating events for ages 40+ living in the Valley. Along with her savvy business knowledge and unique knack at organizing and hosting parties, she quickly built No Waiting Dating to become a singles organization LEADER in the Los Angeles area, as well as an innovator and inspiration to those in the business (see success stories).
Karalee Austin sold No Waiting Dating to Adam Elias in November 2008. Adam continues to run the business with the warm style and flare that Karalee brought to her events while following No Waiting Dating's philosophy of taking a ''personal'' approach to ''matters of the heart'' involving all singles. Adam understands the plights facing many singles as they search for their ''significant other'' and therefore schedules events in all areas for a wide range of ages from 32 to 70.
